摘要
目的:探讨与分析超声引导下破泡促排卵联合中药治疗不孕症的临床效果。方法:选择我院2011年6月-2016年6月收治的80例不孕症患者作为本文研究对象,按随机数字表法分成研究组与对照组,各40例。其中,对照组患者采用超声引导下破泡促排卵方案进行治疗,研究组患者采用超声引导下破泡促排卵联合中药进行治疗,对两组患者治疗后3个月、6个月以及12个月的妊娠情况进行比较。结果:研究组患者的总体妊娠率要明显高于对照组患者,组间结果存在显著性差异,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对不孕症患者应用超声引导下破泡促排卵联合中药进行治疗能够有效提高临床妊娠率,治疗效果显著,因此适合采用该方案进行治疗。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of broken follicles for ovulate plus TCM medicine on infertility.Methods:80cases were enrolled in our hospital from June2011to June2016.The patients were divided into the study group and control group according to the random number table method.The control group took broken follicles for ovulate;the study group received TCM medicine more.In3months,6months and12months,gestation in two groups were compared.Results:The overall pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Hormone level between two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Broken follicles for ovulate plus TCM medicine on infertility was effective,and is worthy of promotion.
