摘要
目的:分析蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法:选择我院于2015年4月-2016年7月期间收治的脑梗死患者78例,依据患者治疗方法差异性分为两组,各39例。予以常规治疗的患者作为参照组,予以蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗的患者作为研究组,最后对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和总结。结果:两组患者经不同方法治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率较参照组明显较高(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:蛭蛇通络胶囊治疗脑梗死的效果理想,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of the Zhishe Tongluo capsule on cerebral infarction.Methods:78patients were divided into2groups,39cases for each.The control group was given conventional treatment;and the study group was given the Zhishe Tongluo capsule.Efficiency in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,total efficiency in the study group was better(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Zhishe Tongluo capsule on cerebral infarction shows a good effect,and is worthy of promotion.
