摘要
RFID射频识别是一种非接触式的自动识别技术,它通过射频信号自动识别目标对象并获取相关数据,识别工作无须人工干预,可工作于各种恶劣环境,是物联网的核心技术。物联网智能包装是在互联网的基础上,将包装延伸和扩展到任何物品与任何物品之间,进行信息交换和通信,也就是物物相连,因为该技术涵盖物联网、智能、包装等多个行业和领域,所以就简称为物联网智能包装[1]。RFID智能识别产品的设计与制造技术项目围绕着物联网智能包装领域研发的一项高新科技项目。项目围绕RFID技术、印刷技术、包装技术的融合,解决标签天线制造中的关键技术,解决RFID标签天线设计和封装工艺中的关键技术;解决RFID智能标签产品的溯源与防伪技术;解决RFID智能卡及票据产品制造过程中的生产工艺控制问题。最终实现RFID产品低成本、适应性强、多功能、低碳环保、大规模产业化生产的要求。
RFID stands for radio frequency identification.This technology allows transmission of data between a transponder and a reader on a contactless base.It is the core technology of Internet of things and it can work in various environments.RFID technology was applied in packaging fields which named networking intelligent packaging.The design and manufacturing technology of RFID product is a hightech project,which is based on the research and development of intelligent packaging in the Internet of things.The project integration around the RFID technology,printing technology,packaging technology,the key technology to solve the tag antenna manufacturing,the key technology to solve the RFID tag antenna design and packaging process.It contained the RFID smart labels product traceability and anti-counterfeit technology;RFID smart card and ticket according to the production process in the product manufacturing process control.The low cost,strong adaptability,multi function,low carbon environmental protection and large scale industrial production of RFID products were fabricated after the application of the project.
