摘要
本文就大幅面平压平模切机的主切机构的研究提出一些方法。采用复数矢量法对平压平模切机主切系统进行运动学分析,求得所有的运动参数,用Matlab编程得到运动曲线,从而可以分析其运动特性;在运动学的基础上运用达朗贝尔原理对主切系统进行动力学分析,列写牛顿--欧拉方程,可解得各杆在最大模切压力下的约束力和原动件所需力矩,为电机选择提供依据;求得各杆受力后借助有限元分析软件Ansys对各杆进行有限元分析,确定是否满足强度要求。
Some methods are presented for the study of the main cutting mechanism of the Large-format flat-pressure die-cutting machine by this paper.The kinematic analysis of the main cutting system of the platen die cutting machine is carried out by using the complex vector method.All the motion parameters are obtained and the motion curve can be obtained by Matlab programming.On the basis of kinematics,the dynamic analysis of the main cutting system is carried out by using the D’Alembert principle.The Newton-Euler equations are written to solve the binding force of each bar under the maximum die cutting pressure and the required torque,Providing the basis for motor selection.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to analyze the rods to determine whether they meet the strength requirements.
