摘要
目的探讨西替利嗪在变应性鼻炎患者中的临床效果观察及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年2月嘉兴市第一医院收治的变应性鼻炎患者150例，随机分为2组，对照组应用常规治疗，研究组联合应用西替利嗪治疗。对比2组患者临床效果以及炎症因子变化情况。结果研究组患者的临床效果显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗前2组患者的TNF-α（肿瘤坏死因子-α）以及IL-4（白介素-4）无明显区别，治疗后研究组患者TNF-α以及IL-4均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后研究组患者的VAS评分低于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组患者不良反应的差异无统计学意义。结论变应性鼻炎患者应用西替利嗪治疗，有利于改善临床效果，降低炎症因子水平。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cetirizine in patients with allergic rhinitis and the effect on inflammatory factors.Methods150patients with allergic rhinitis admitted in the first hospital in Jiaxing from January2016to February2017were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with routine therapy.The study group were received routine therapy combined with cetirizine.The effects and changes in inflammatory factors were compared in the two groups.Results The clinical effect in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TNF-αand IL-4between the two groups.After treatment,TNF-αand IL-4in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion The application of cetirizine in patients with allergic rhinitis is helpful to improve the clinical effect and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
