摘要
目的分析讨论综合性的舒适护理干预对冠心病介入治疗患者生活质量的影响情况。方法选取本院于2016年2月~2017年2月期间收治的冠心病介入治疗患者100例,将患者随机分为参照组和实验组,各50例。对参照组患者给予常规护理,实验组患者在常规护理的基础上进行综合性舒适护理干预。比较两组患者在介入治疗手术后的生活质量情况。结果干预治疗前两组患者在生活质量状况上比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后实验组的50例患者生活质量情况上评价为(81.1±15.6)分,参照组患者生活质量情况上评价为(61.1±7.2)分,两组患者在护理后的生活质量评价上比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取综合性的舒适护理干预对术后冠心病介入治疗患者生活质量具有重要作用,可以提升患者的满意度,以及其生活质量,对临床冠心病的治疗具有重要意义,值得临床上推广使用。
Objective To analyze and discuss the influence of comprehensive comfort nursing intervention on the quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.Methods100patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from February2016to February2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups,50patients in the reference group and50patients in the experimental group.The patients in the reference group received routine nursing care,while the experimental group received comprehensive and comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The quality of life of the two groups after interventional treatment was compared.Results The intervention had no significant difference between the two groups before the quality of life in the experimental group after treatment,50cases of the patients'life quality evaluation for(81.1±15.6)points,according to the quality of life of patients on Evaluation for(61.1±7.2),two groups of patients in nursing after living there was the significance of quality evaluation on difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention plays an important role in the treatment of postoperative quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease intervention can improve patient satisfaction,and their quality of life has important significance in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease,it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
