基于威布尔分布的免维护铅酸蓄电池售后失效模式分析 被引量:2

摘要 对收集的免维护铅酸蓄电池的故障里程数据,应用二参数威布尔分布对三包索赔与免费服务活动的蓄电池失效模式进行分析,采用最小二乘估算法和近似中位秩法求解威布尔模型参数ω和α、概率密度函数、可靠度函数和失效率函数。结果表明,ω>1,三包索赔与免费服务活动的免维护铅酸蓄电池失效类型属于损耗失效型;免维护铅酸蓄电池平均寿命为11 508 km;可靠性为90%的免维护铅酸蓄电池寿命为1 641 km,可靠性为50%的寿命为8 697 km。根据对蓄电池可靠度的分析,可以更好地了解免维护铅酸蓄电池的失效类型、失效里程,为制定有效的蓄电池检修维护措施提供依据。 Based on the aftermarket data collected from maintenance-free lead-acid batteries,the failure mode of lead-acid batteries is analyzed on the basis of two-parameter Weibull distribution.Theωandαparameters of Weibull model are solved by the least square estimation method and the approximate rate function are solved.The results show that the failure type of maintenance-free lead-acid battery belongs to loss failure whenωis greater than1,the average life of maintenance-free lead-acid battery is11508kilometers,the lead-acid battery with a reliability of90%has a life span of1641kilometers,and a lifetime of8697kilometers of50%reliability.Based on the reliability analysis of the batteries,it is possible to better understand the failure type and mileage of the maintenance-free lead-acid battery,and provide a basis for the development of effective maintenance and repair measures for the batteries.
