摘要
林语堂不仅是著名的散文家、小说家,还是优秀的文学批评家。近年来学界开始重视从思潮角度考察林语堂的文学批评思想。林语堂引入斯平加恩的表现主义文论,提倡自卢梭以来的广义的浪漫主义,实则是针对梁实秋在国内大力鼓吹白璧德新人文主义的反拨。其真正的目的在于,通过浪漫主义、表现主义等概念对中国传统文学发展脉络的切入,寻找中国特有的文论资源,提倡性灵文学,以一种看似激进、实则稳健,看似浪漫、实则古典的姿态建构中国式的批评话语。
