摘要
近年来,独立学院大学生所承受的就业压力越来越大,许多大学生在求职过程中常常会遇到各种心理挫折。加强对独立学院学生求职受挫的心理辅导,对于提升独立学院心理指导水平,保证社会和谐安定都有积极的意义。分析独立学院毕业生求职受挫后的主要心理表现,以及造成大学生求职受挫的主要原因,提出具体应对之策,对独立学院学生就业心理方面的研究提供借鉴。
As independent college has disadvantages in its school conditions,students'quality and social identity,independent college graduates often feel frustrated when they are applying for a job.Strengthen the psychological counseling for the job hunting of independent students,has positive meaning for promoting independent college's psychological guidance level and ensuing social harmony and stability.Analyze the main psychological behavior after independent college graduates'failing to apply for a job,then analyze the subjective and objective reasons for independent college students'failing to apply for a job,finally propound some targeted psychological tutorship countermeasure,in order to provide a certain lessons for independent college studentspsychological research.
