摘要
分析"师徒制"人才培养模式的内涵意义,在此理论基础上从"师徒制"人才培养目标、组织实施、实施优势、存在的不足等几方面进行阐述,提出相应的改进建议,为高职教育人才培养新模式的探索提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the connotation of the training mode of apprenticeship talents,on the basis of the theory from the talent training objectives,organization and implementation,and the implementation of several advantages in"mentoring",existing problems were analyzed,and then proposes the corresponding improvement suggestions,explores a new model of training to provide reference for Higher Vocational Education.
