摘要
分析蛋白助剂改性涤纶织物对分散染料热溶染色性能的影响。经实验分析确定蛋白助剂在对涤纶织物进行改性之时最为适宜的工艺条件,同时就各种工艺处理对于涤纶织物分散染料热熔色效果与吸湿性改变情况作出科学化的评价。经实验验证显示,将蛋白助剂与壳聚糖复合配置,同时利用反应性阳离子交联剂,可促使涤纶织物特性能够得以显著改善,经改性后的涤纶织物在在表现色深度方面改进明显,同时还不会导致织物的耐磨性下降,并且涤纶织物的吸湿性也可得到大幅度的提升,穿着起来更加舒适。
analysis of the influence of protein additives to disperse dyes thermosol dyeing properties of modified polyester fabric.Through the experimental analysis to determine protein additives on polyester fabric was modified when the most suitable process conditions,and various process for the evaluation of polyester fabric with disperse dye color effect and hygroscopic hot melt changes make scientific.The experiment showed that the protein additives and chitosan composite configuration,while using reactive cationic crosslinking agent,can promote the polyester fabric properties can be significantly improved,the modified polyester fabric in the performance of color depth is improved significantly,but also does not cause the abrasion resistance of fabrics decreased,hygroscopic and the polyester fabric can be greatly improved,wearing more comfortable.
