摘要 随着航天技术的发展,各种空间机构的使用将越来越普遍。任何空间机构在设计、装调和使用上,必然会遇到重力及其释放条件下运动行为差异的问题。因此有必要对重力对空间机构运动行为的影响进行研究。针对此背景,从采用落塔、抛物线飞行和空间站在轨飞行试验等方面介绍了国外在进行空间机构定位精度、电机驱动电流、摩擦参数等方面获得的空间与地面实验数据对比研究成果,并阐述了我国的相关研究进展,指出应采用地面模拟与空间试验相结合的形式,找出空间机构地面装调与空间应用运动学与动力学参数的差异,为空间机构设计提供理论依据。 With the development of space technology,the use of various space mechanisms will bemore and more common.The design,assembly and use of any space mechanism will encounter theproblem of difference of the motion behavior under gravity and its release.Therefore,it is necessaryto study the influence of the gravity on the motion behavior of the space mechanism.The researchesin this field abroad including the experiments with the drop tower,the parabolic flight and the spacestation flight were reviewed.The data of the positioning accuracy,the motor drive current and thefriction parameters of the space mechanism were compared between the space flight tests and theground study.In addition,the research progress in China was also reviewed.It is proposed that thecombination of ground simulation and space test should be adopted to study the difference of the kinematicand dynamic parameters of the space mechanism in space with that on the ground to providea theoretical basis for the design of the space mechanism.
