摘要
目的分析测定血浆纤维蛋白原水平诊断脑血栓的临床价值,对指导溶栓治疗的意义进行探究。方法选取本院2015年10月~2016年10月收治的68例脑血栓患者作为观察组,同期选取80例非心脑血管疾病的患者作为对照组,采用免疫比浊法对血浆纤维蛋白原水平进行检测,比较血浆纤维蛋白原水平的检测结果。同时给予脑血栓患者溶栓治疗,根据欧洲脑卒中量表评分对恢复状况进行判定。结果对照组与观察组治疗前后血浆纤维蛋白原水平相比,观察组治疗前血浆纤维蛋白原水平较高,治疗后3 h血浆纤维蛋白原水平降低,治疗后1个月后血浆纤维蛋白原水平基本恢复正常,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论测定血浆纤维蛋白原对脑血栓的诊断具有重要价值,动态监测脑血栓患者的治疗情况,可为心血管栓塞事件的预测、溶栓效果的评价提供临床指导意义。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of plasma fibrinogen level in the diagnosis of cerebral thrombosis,and to explore the significance of guiding thrombolytic therapy.Methods Sixty-eight patients with cerebral thrombosis admitted in our hospital from October2015to October2016were selected as the observation group.80patients with noncardiac cerebrovascular disease were selected as the control group.Immunofluorescence method was used to detect plasma fibrin The original level of detection,compared the plasma fibrinogen level test results.At the same time to cerebral thrombosis patients thrombolytic therapy,according to the European Stroke Scale score to determine the recovery status.Results Compared with the observation group before and after treatment plasma fibrinogen level,the observation group before treatment plasma fibrinogen level is high,3h after treatment plasma fibrinogen level decreased,1month after treatment plasma fibrinogen level The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The determination of plasma fibrinogen is of great value in the diagnosis of cerebral thrombosis and the monitoring of cerebral thrombosis in patients with cerebral thrombosis.It can provide clinical guidance for the prediction of cardiovascular embolism and the evaluation of thrombolytic effect.
