摘要
土工格栅在施工过程中的损伤难以避免,加筋土结构设计应考虑由施工损伤引起的强度损失。利用FLAC2D软件,研究了双向土工格栅在单一肋条施工损伤下的应力应变响应,模拟了同一肋条在不同程度施工损伤下的抗拉性状。结果表明,单一肋条施工损伤下的土工格栅在不同损伤程度下的应力应变规律基本相同。当拉力方向与肋条方向相同时,单一损伤肋条的应变发展较快,其余未损伤土工格栅肋条的应变均匀分布,垂直于拉力方向的未损伤土工格栅肋条的应变几乎为0。随着单一肋条损伤程度的增加,双向土工格栅的抗拉强度近似呈线性递减。
Strength reduction due to installation damage should be considered in the geogrid reinforced structural design.In this study,the FLAC2D software was adopted to investigate the responses of installationdamaged single rib biaxial geogrids subjected to a uniaxial tensile load along the orientations of ribs in air.The strength and stiffness of specific geogrid rib were recuced to a certain percentage to simulate the combined loss of rib and junction strengths.When it was subjected to tension along the cross machine direction,it can be drawn from the numerical results that the installationdamaged single rib biaxial geogrid with different degrees of damage had the same responses.The strain of the predamaged rib was much larger than that of the undamaged ribs.An increase of the degree of installation damage of singlerib reduced the tensile strength of the geogrid with rectangular apertures relative linearly.
