摘要
长期以来,评论家对于弗莱纳里·奥康纳小说《智血》中的人物行为和性格的看法一直众说纷纭。借助法国哲学家吉尔·德勒兹的精神分裂分析理论,对小说人物行为提出一个新的解释。利用德勒兹的反俄狄浦斯理论,首先揭示了小说中父权/神权中心的崩塌。然后通过细读原文,指出这种崩塌导致主人公黑兹尔·莫兹,伊诺克·艾默里和萨巴思·莉莉分裂和块茎化的欲望。
Critics have different opinions on the grotesque behaviors and personalities of characters in Wise Blood by Flannery O'Connor. This paper uses French philosopher Gilles Deleuze's schizo-analysis to reinterpret the character's behaviors. Based on his view on anti-Oedipus, the paper exposits the collapse of the patriarchal/theological center reflected in the novel and demonstrates how the collapse results in the split and rhizome desires of the main characters of Hazel Motes, Enoch Emery and Sabbath Lily.
