摘要
企业社会责任是西方组织与管理研究领域中一个重要议题。梳理并归纳了国外学界在企业社会责任概念与内涵、理论依据、驱动力量和影响因素及价值创造方式等方面的文献。在简要述评的基础上,提出企业履行社会责任的核心是寻求与创造适合企业自身的企业社会责任价值创造方式。
Corporate social responsibility has always been an important issue in the field of management research in the West.Foreign scholars have studied many problems in this field since the1950s.On the basis of foreign literature research,this paper analyzes four aspects,which are the concept and connotation of corporate social responsibility,the theoretical basis,the factors of driving force,and the ways of value creation.Finally,the author puts forward that the key of the implementation of corporate social responsibility is to find and create the suitable ways of engaging corporate social responsibility,which is the source and the driving force for the sustainable development of corporate social responsibility activities.
