摘要
目的探讨血浆FKN浓度预测冠心病患者冠脉病变严重程度的价值.方法对2015年7月至12月于昆明市第一人民医院行冠脉介入诊断和\或治疗的患者89例,按冠脉造影结果,将患者分为3组,其中急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者或血管严重病变患者43例(B组);冠脉血管单支轻度病变患者26例(B1组);冠脉造影正常,排除冠心病患者20例(N组),共计89例.分别收集各组临床基线资料.采用ELISA法测定FKN浓度.用SPSS进行统计分析.结果研究结果,FKN浓度B组>B1组>N组,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.000).FKN浓度与c Tn T及冠脉Gensini评分呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究中FKN诊断冠心病的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)0.784,诊断冠心病急性心肌梗死的界值为1.996 ng/mL.结论研究发现血浆FKN浓度随冠脉病变程度逐渐升高.血浆FKN浓度诊断的特异性及敏感性与c Tn T相似,能为冠心病患者预测冠脉病变严重程度提供依据.
Objective To investigate the value of the plasma FKN concention in prediction of the severity ofcoronary heart disease(CHD).Methods In this study,89patients who underwent coronary intervention therapyin our hospital between July and December2015were sequentially selected.Patients were divide into3groupsaccording to the result of Coronary angiography,including group B:43patients of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)or Coronary Severe lesions;group B1:26patients of single mild Coronary lesions;group N:20patientswith no Coronary heart disease(CHD),excluded by normal Coronary angiography result.The baseline clinical dataof all89patients were collected.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent method was used to test the FKN level.SPSS20.0Statistical software was used for data analysis.Results The FKN levels of patients were decreased in all3groups:group B>group B1>group N,with significant differencesbetween the three groups(P<0.000).There was apositive correlation between FKN and Gensini score or hs cTnT(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)ofthe receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves was0.784,the diagnostic reference value for Coronary heartdisease(CHD)acute myocardial infarction was1.996in this sudy.Conclusions The plasma FKN levels arepositively correlated to the severity of coronary lesion.The specificity and sensitivity of plasma FKN level for coronary heart disease(CHD)diagnosis is similar to CTnT.The plasma FKN levels can provide evidence of lesion severity ofCoronary heart disease(CHD).
