摘要
目的对显微微创技术在眼睑整复中的临床应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法随机选取我院于2015年1月-2016年4月期间收治的100例接受单睑整复治疗的患者,随机分组,给予观察组患者显微微创技术下的微创重睑成形术,给予对照组患者常规切开重睑成形术,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%、治疗总满意率为100.00%,均显著高于对照组患者(分别为80.00%、82.00%)(P<0.05);此外,观察组患者并发症总发生率亦较对照组患者有明显优势,两组患者并发症总发生率分别为0.00%、18.00%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论显微微创技术是整复眼睑的有效途径,可进一步提高患者治疗有效率、降低并发症发生率。
Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of minimally invasive surgery in eyelid reconstruction.Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from2015.1to2016.4,100cases underwent eyelid patients were randomly divided into observation group were given minimally invasive double eyelid plasty under minimally invasive technology,control group were given routine incision blepharoplasty,compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results The total efficiency of the observation group was98%,total satisfaction rate was100%,significantly higher than that of the control group(80%,82%)(P<0.05);in addition,patients in the observation group the incidence of complications than patients in the control group have obvious advantages,the two groups of patients with complications respectively.0%,18%groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery is an effective way to reduce eyelid,which can further improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications.
