精细化思维下的工科学业后进大学生帮扶机制初探——以江苏某高校自动化学院为例

摘要 学风问题一直是理工科专业大学生教育和管理的重点,特别是对于学习困难特殊学生,应当有意识地给予更多的帮扶。在实际的工作中,学业后进学生的引导、管理难度牵扯的精力多、教育的效果不突出。要解决这一问题,需要在实践中总结科学方法,通过数据化、动态化的方式,建立学业动态的跟踪记录和分级预警制度,根据学生的实际表现调整监督的强度和方式,达到有效帮扶和精准帮助。 The problem of learning style has always been the focusof education and management of science and engineering students,especially students with learning difficulties,who shouldbe provided with more help.In the actual work,the guidance andmanagement of academically backward students needs more energy,but the effect of education is not prominent.To solve thisproblem,we need to sum up scientific methods in practice,establisha tracking and layered early warning system for their academicperformance through a data-based and dynamic way,andadjust the intensity and manner of supervision in accordance withstudents'actual performance,so as to achieve effective and targetedsupport.
