摘要
介绍了国内外拖拉机及工程车辆的司机安全保护结构(ROPS和FOPS)试验测试系统的研究与开发现状,并简单介绍了山东省农业机械科学研究院在这方面的应用。依据国外文献和我国农业部办公厅关于2010-2016年农机事故情况的通报中拖拉机事故的情况,分析了配置安装拖拉机司机安全保护结构后对减少拖拉机因翻车或落物事故造成的人员伤亡所起到的作用。司机安全保护结构的推广应用在推动行业技术进步、保障人身、财产和社会安全方面取得了显著的社会经济效益。
This paper introduces the research and development of ROPS and FOPS test and test systems for domestic and foreigntractors and engineering vehicles,and briefly introduces the application of Shandong Academy of Agricultural Machinery Sciencesin this field.According to the foreign literature and the report of the general office of the Ministry of Agriculture of China on theaccidents of agricultural machinery in2010-2016years where tractor accidents were reported,this paper analyzes the function ofinstalling the safety protection structure of the tractor driver to reduce the casualties caused by overturn of tractors or falling objectsaccidents.The promotion and application of the driver's safety protection structure has made remarkable social and economicbenefits in promoting technological progress of the industry,ensuring personal,property and social security.
