摘要 前舱盖是电动汽车的是重要部件,它的作用除了隔热和隔音外,还有保护舱内的电机、控制器、充电机等总成等零部件免受外界载荷冲击等影响,其刚度性能的好坏直接影响汽车的整体性能。基于此,采用有限元分析软件,通过对前机舱盖建模、仿真分析,对比实验结果,验证了结构设计的可行性,形成了一种仿真分析方法,避免了设计缺陷。 The front engineer cover of sedan is an important component.In addition to heat insulation and sound insulation,itcan also protect the motor,controller,charger and so on assembly parts from outside impact such as load,its stiffness performancedirectly affects the overall performance of the car.In this paper,the finite element analysis software is used to verify the feasibility ofthe structural design through modeling and simulation analysis of the front engine cover,and comparison of experimental results.Asimulation analysis method is developed to avoid design defects.
