摘要
针对静态能耗考评指标实施中存在的问题,提出对能耗评价指标进行优化,建立动态能耗定量指标评价体系,并纳入节能低碳责任目标管理。
This paper puts forward the optimization of energy consumption evaluation index,proposed the establishment of dynamic energy consumption quantitative index evaluation system for the problems existing in the implementation of static energy consumption evaluation index,and incorporates the management of energy saving and low carbon liability target.
