System Design for Mineral Resource Reserve Management Based on B/S Modes——A Case Study of Sichuan Province

摘要 鉴于当前的矿产资源储量管理工作模式、信息化发展水平与四川省国土资源信息化现状,利用计算机技术、网络技术、数据库管理技术,设计基于B/S模式的矿产资源储量管理信息系统,实现矿产资源储量管理的自动化、规范化。矿产资源储量管理信息系统主要作用:(1)实现联网审批,简化工作流程;(2)将矿产资源储量登记与矿产资源统计工作合并到一个系统,使矿产资源统计成为日常的、动态的工作;(3)转变传统的储量登记、统计工作模式,为自然资源统一确权登记中的矿产资源不动产统一登记工作进行积极探索。 In line with the current work patterns of mineral resources reserve management,and the information-based developmentlevel,by using the technologies regarding computer,network,and database management,this paper has designed a information systemfor mineral resources reserve management based on B/S modes.As a result,the mineral resources reserve management has reached alevel of standardization and automatization.Following this,this paper introduces the major functions that the information system hasplayed in mineral resources reserve management.First,the information system has allowed us to get the approval through network soas to simplify the workflow.Second,the information system has integrated the registration and statistical work of mineral resourcesreserves into a same system so that the statistical work has become daily and dynamic work.Third,the information system has changedthe traditional reserve registration and statistics work mode so as to make the positive exploration for the unified registration of realproperty of mineral resources which is involved in unified confirmation and registration of natural resources.
