摘要
工程计量是工程管理的重要内容,是支付项目工程款的依据。通过纳卡拉煤码头项目实例,介绍了项目工程计量的基本定义、条件、范围和程序。结合境外港口工程的合同特点,从预付款、间接费用、期中付款、计量证明文件、工程变更、最终结算等6个方面进行工程计量管理,在国际港口工程建设过程中运用工程计量理论,实现了项目预期管理目标。
Quantity survey is an important part of engineering management and the basis for project payment.Through theexample of Nacala coal terminal project,we introduced the basic definition,condition,scope and procedure of quantity survey.According to the contract characteristics of overseas port project,we implemented the theory and management of quantitysurvey into advance payment,indirect cost,interim payment,measurement document,variation,final settlement.In the processof international port engineering construction,the quantity survey theory is adopted to realize the expected management goal ofthe project.
