摘要
门式起重机配置安装抗风防滑装置,是保障起重机在非工作状态下遭遇强风袭击时,能有效阻止起重机滑移、倾覆。手动夹轨器是最常见的一种抗风防滑装置。通过对手动夹轨器的抗滑机理研究,得出了夹轨器的夹持板不但与钢轨侧面形成摩擦副阻抗门机滑移,且槽形钳口产生的被动抗滑力更大,即自锁效应。以使这类结构简单,抗风效果好,操作便捷的手动夹轨器能更好的发挥其功能。
Anti-wind device of the outside gantry crane,which is the guarantee of crane in the non-work state confronted withstrong winds,can effectively prevent sliding,overturning crane.The manual rail clamp is one of the most common windresistance devices.Through research the manual clamp rail device's sliding resistance mechanism,we concluded that theclamping plate in rail clamp forms sliding friction pair impedance gantry crane on the side of the rail,and the passive slidingresistance of concave jaw is bigger,that is the self-locking effect.Make this kind of simple structure,good wind resistanceeffect,convenient operation manual clamp rail device,better play to its function.
