产前彩超检查对筛查及诊断胎儿结构畸形和染色体异常的价值研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨孕妇产前行彩超检查在胎儿结构畸形和染色体异常筛查及诊断中的临床价值。方法:对在笔者所在医院2015年3月-2016年3月行产前彩超检查的1685名孕妇临床检查资料进行回顾性分析,研究产前彩超检查在胎儿结构畸形和染色体异常诊断中的可行性。结果:统计分析发现,1685名孕妇中经临床病理或分娩后证实胎儿结构畸形22例,畸形率为1.3%;产前彩超检查检出胎儿结构畸形21例,检出率为95.5%。1685名孕妇中经临床病理或分娩后证实胎儿染色体变异6例,变异率为0.4%;产前彩超检查检出胎儿染色体变异5例,检出率为83.3%。结论:产前彩超检查对筛查及诊断胎儿结构畸形和染色体异常的检出率高,但在微小结构畸形的诊断上需进一步提高准确性。 Objective:To investigate the clinical value of prenatal ultrasonography in the screening and diagnosising of fetal malformation and chromosomeabnormality.Method:The clinical data of1685pregnant women in our hospital from March2015to March2016were analyzed retrospectively to study thefeasibility of prenatal ultrasonography in the diagnosising of fetal malformation and chromosomal abnormality.Result:Among the1685pregnant women,22caseswere confirmed by clinical pathology or after delivery,the deformity rate was1.3%.Prenatal ultrasonography detected fetal structural abnormalities of21cases,the detection rate was95.5%.1685pregnant women by clinical pathology or after birth confirmed fetal chromosome abnormalities in6cases,the mutation rate of0.4%;prenatal ultrasonography detection of fetal chromosomal aberrations in5cases,the detection rate of83.3%.Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasonography has a highdetection rate for screening and diagnosis of fetal malformations and chromosomal abnormalities,but in the diagnosis of microstructural malformations could furtherimprove the accuracy.
