卡固式钢筋网片增强再生混凝土中型砌块墙体砌筑技术研究

摘要 砌体结构以其"因地制宜就地取材"的优势在村镇的房屋建设得到广泛应用。传统农村房屋大多采用无筋砌体形式,墙体整体性较差,为提高砌块墙体的整体性,对传统砌体钢筋网片加以改进,提出一种适用于再生骨料混凝土中型砌块砌筑的新型卡固式钢筋网片,两砌块凹槽间的竖向灰缝中插筋并灌注水泥浆,横竖向钢筋形成砌体结构增强体系,并简要阐述中型砌块墙体施工工艺流程,探讨再生混凝土中型砌块墙体砌筑技术,对施工要点进行总结,保证建筑工程的质量,推进农村砌体结构房屋建设工业化发展。 Masonry structure has been widely applied in housing construction of villages and towns with its advantage of"adaptation to local conditions and using local materials".The traditional rural houses mostly adopt the form of unreinforcedmasonry,and the integrity of block wall is poor.In order to improve the integrity of block wall,the traditional masonryreinforced mesh is improved.This new type of card fixed type reinforced mesh is suitable for recycled aggregate concretemedium block masonry.Steel bars are inserted and the cement slurry is poured into the groove of the two concrete block,sothat a masonry structure reinforcement system is formed by the vertical and the transverse bars.The constructiontechnological process of medium block wall is described briefly.The masonry technology of recycled aggregate concretemedium block wall is discussed.The main points of construction are summarized,and the quality of construction isguaranteed.This promotes industrialization and development of rural masonry structures.
