摘要
航空发动机在工作过程中,滑油系统的健康状况直接影响飞机飞行的安全性,然而在飞机发动机故障中,滑油系统故障又占用相当大的比例。因此本文首先从涡扇发动机滑油系统故障模式分析入手,得到常见滑油故障类型。然后根据实际可测量的信号设计故障诊断算法,包括基于单参数的直接诊断算法、基于单参数趋势分析的故障诊断算法、基于双参数趋势分析的故障诊断算法、基于四参数变化率的故障诊断算法。最后在滑油系统全数字仿真平台上验证了故障诊断算法的有效性,为后续在半物理仿真平台及发动机整机上验证打下了基础。
Aviation engine in the process of work,the oil system of health directly affects the safety of the flight,but in the aircraft engine fault,oil system failure occupies a large proportion.Therefore,this paper analyses the model of turbofan engine oil system,and gives c ommon oil fault t ypes.T hen a ccording t o the a ctual m easured s ignal designs fault d iagnosis a lgorithm,including b ased on single parameter trend analysis and based on four parameter trend analysis,based on double parameter trend analysis and based on four parameter of the rate of change.Finally,on the oil system of all-digital simulation platform,fault diagnosis algorithm is validated by effectively,at the same time,for the subsequent validation on semi physical simulation platform and engine laid the foundation.
