基于ADAMS的随车吊作业模拟及强度仿真

摘要 首先用ADAMS对挖树车吊机作业过程进行了运动仿真,模拟了该吊机提升树木和移动树木的作业过程,并提取了静载分析工况。然后用RADIOSS对该吊机安装座进行了强度分析和结构设计优化。最终得到了能够满足使用强度和刚度要求的结构。 First ADAMS was used to simulate crane's lifting procedure of tree mover.All the load cases needed by staticsanalysis were then obtained.Second RADIOSS was used to compute stress and displacement of the mounting base of thecrane.According to the analysis results,some improvements were applied.Finally a mounting base having enough strengthand stiffness was obtained.
