摘要
针对装配式混凝土结构,指出其常见的产生质量问题环节:设计过程、加工生产过程、构件运输堆放过程、组装过程,并分析了各种缺陷的形态,肯定了质量检测的必要性。对构件和构件安装连接的各种现有检测方法进行了分析。指出当前相关规范对连接实体质量检测方法缺失,并对将来如何开展此项检测内容,阐述了笔者的想法。对现有规范中的检测方法及其涉及的抽样方法,检测比例等是否适用于装配式结构,还需要在实践中逐步修正、完善。
According to current hot precast concrete structure,pointed out the common quality problems were the design process,the process of production,transportation and storage process,assembly process,and analyzed the various defects form,affirmed the necessity of quality inspection.Various existing detection methods for the installation and connection of components and components were analyzed.It was pointed out that the current related specifications lack the method of detecting the quality of connected entities,and expounded the personal ideas about how to carry out this test in the future.The testing methods in the existing codes,the sampling methods involved and the proportion of the detection methods were suitable for the assembled structures,which need to be gradually revised and perfected in practice.
