摘要
通过工程质量管理体制局限所带来问题的分析,提出实行住宅工程质量强制保险的建议,旨在通过实行住宅工程质量强制保险,改革工程质量管理体制,从根本上解决住宅工程质量问题及引发的社会矛盾,促进住宅工程质量的全面提升。
Based on the analysis of current problems caused by the limitation of engineering quality management systems,this paper presenting proposal of implementing inherent defects compulsory insurance for the residential engineering,aims to reform the engineering quality management systems,solve the problems of residential engineering common quality defect fundamentally and social contradictions caused by the problems,entirely improve the quality of residential engineering.
