摘要
近年来,随着非公经济迅猛发展,非公企业党建工作也面临着一系列新情况、新特点、新挑战,特别是党员教育管理旧的问题还没有解决新的问题又冒出来了。因此,如何构建非公企业党员教育管理长效机制,使永葆党员先进性的源泉充分涌流,是一个亟待解决的问题。笔者在认真分析非公企业党员教育管理做法及存在问题的基础上,提出加强和改进非公企业党员教育管理工作,必须以改革创新精神突破传统教育观念和原有管理方式的束缚,多角度、多层面、全方位地研究和把握新时期党员教育管理规律,探索"党员个人挺立潮头、队伍活力竞相迸发"的长效机制,为推动非公企业健康永续发展注入新的生机和活力。
In recent years,the rapid development of non-public economy brought along a series of new challenges,new situation and new features in the party construction of non-public enterprises.Especially the problems of the old educational management of Party members have yet to resolve,new problems emerge at the same time.Therefore,it is an urgent problem that how to build a long-term mechanism for the party members'education and management in non-public enterprises so as to keep the advanced nature of the party members.Based on the analysis on the practice of education and management of Party members in non-public enterprises and the existing problems,the writer proposed that the spirit of reform and innovation should be encouraged to break the shackles of the traditional concept of education and the original management mode,multi-angle,multi-level,all-round research should be conducted,the law of management of Party members'education in the new era should be grasped and the exploration on the longterm mechanism of arousing the energy and creativity of individual party members and staff should be made so as to strengthen and improve the management of Party member education of non-public enterprises and to promote the healthy and sustainable development of non-public enterprises to inject new vigor and vitality.
