摘要
广东省地质灾害多发,区域灾害防治信息化平台的建设对于减少地区生命财产安全十分重要。本文从广东省地质灾害防治信息化基础设施现状、数据资源现状、应用系统现状3个方面分析,找出其中存在的6个问题,同时结合广东省已有地质灾害防治信息化成果和实际工作需求,设计一体化、可持续扩展的地质灾害防治信息化技术框架,并从7各方面提出建设地质灾害防治信息化平台的基本内容,最终达到数据集成化、成果可视化、信息综合化、系统一体化,实现广东省地质灾害防治各类信息资源及服务资源的充分共享,成为地区进行决策的有力支撑,更为有效的保障人民生命财产安全。
Geological disasters occur frequently in Guangdong Province.The construction of information platformfor regional disaster prevention and control is very important to reduce the safety of life and property in the area.In thisarticle,based on infrastructure status,data resources status,application system status,The geological environment ofGuangdong province is analyzed,and six problems are found out.At the same time,combined with the existing resultsof geological disaster prevention and control information and actual work demand,integrated and sustainable developmentof geological disaster prevention and control information technology framework is designed.And the basic contentof the construction of the information platform for the prevention and control of geological disasters is proposedfrom seven aspects.It will achieve data integration,result visualization,information integration,system integration,realizethe full sharing of information resources and service resources of geological disaster prevention and control(emergency)in Guangdong province,become a strong support for decision-making in the region,more effective protectionfor lives and property.
