摘要
选择性激光烧结(SLS)工艺中回收的尼龙(PA)12粉末(旧粉)的熔体流动性显著下降,严重影响旧粉的回收利用。研究了PA12旧粉和新粉的性能差异,然后分别以超支化树脂Hyper HPN202,Hyper C100和Hyper C181作为流变改性剂,采用机械共混法对PA12旧粉进行增塑改性,考察了各流变改性剂用量对其熔体流动性能、力学性能以及热性能等的影响。结果表明,Hyper HPN202,Hyper C100和Hyper C181均能有效改善PA12旧粉的熔体流动性,PA12旧粉的熔体流动速率(MFR)随着流变改性剂用量的增加而增大。Hyper HPN202的改善效果最佳,当其添加质量分数为1%时,PA12旧粉的MFR增加196.5%,拉伸强度较未添加时有些许增加,弯曲弹性模量和冲击强度较未添加时基本一致,维卡软化温度提高3.9%。
The nylon(PA)12powders(old powders)recovered from selective laser sintering(SLS)process have a significant decrease in fluidity of the melt,which seriously influences the recovery and utilization of old powder.The performance differences between the old and new PA12powders were studied,and then the hyperbranched resin Hyper HPN202,Hyper C100,Hyper C181as a rheology modifier,the old PA12powders were plasticized by mechanical blending method,and the influences of various rheology modifier dosage were investigated on the melt flow properties,mechanical properties and thermal properties.The results show that Hyper HPN202,Hyper C100and Hyper C181can effectively improve the melt flowability of old PA12powders,and the melt flow rate(MFR)increases with the addition of the additive.The performance effection of Hyper HPN202is best,when the addition is1%,the MFR increases by196.5%,the tensile strength has a little increase,the bending elastic modulus and impact strength have no change contrast to having no addition,Vicat softening temperature increases by3.9%.
