摘要
目的探究阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合应用对于不稳定型脑卒中患者的临床疗效。方法选取齐齐哈尔地区2015年5月—2016年5月的150例不稳定型脑卒中患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组均有75例患者,其中对照组采用阿司匹林对其进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上将阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合应用,两组患者的治疗均持续4周,对比两组疗效。结果观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的精神功能缺损评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对于不稳定型脑卒中患者的治疗效果十分显著。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with unstable stroke.Methods From May2015to May2016,150cases of unstable stroke patients were selected in Qiqihar as the research object,divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,each group had75patients.The control group treated with aspirin.The observation group was treated with aspirin and clopidogrel on the basis of the control group.The treatment of the two groups lasted for4weeks,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the scores of mental function impairment before and after treatment in the two groups(P>0.05).The difference after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel is effective in the treatment of unstable stroke patients,and it can be widely used in the future clinical process.
