摘要
目的探究酒石酸美托洛尔片(倍他乐克)对扩张型心肌病的治疗疗效及药理特征。方法选取我院收治的扩张型心肌病患者50例患者,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上辅助倍他乐克治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果研究组患者EF、LVC、LVD及HR的指标恢复情况均优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗总有效率高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论倍他乐克在扩张型心肌病患者中的应用效果显著,明显改善扩张型心肌病患者的各项指标,对于患者预后生活质量也有积极的影响。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and pharmacological characteristics of metoprolol tartrate tablets(Betaloc)in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods50patients with dilated cardiomyopathy treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The indexes of EF,LVC,LVD and HR in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Betaloc is effective in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy,and it can significantly improve the indexes of patients with dilated cardiomyopathy,and has a positive impact on the prognosis and quality of life.
