摘要
民营经济是乐清经济发展的主体力量,为全市经济持续健康发展奠定了坚实基础。在"三期叠加"的历史背景下,技术难以创新、高端要素缺乏以及人文优势丧失等因素严重阻碍民营经济的发展。近年来,乐清通过搭建科技创新创业平台、加强人才强市建设以及拓宽企业创新资金融资渠道等措施力促企业转型发展,取得显著成效。除此之外,还要重点抓好以下几方面的工作:突出企业创新主体的地位、发挥高端制造的引领作用、优化创新创业环境以及重塑企业家精神等,以充分激发民营经济创新活力。
The private economy is the main force of economic development in Yueqing and lays a solid foundation for the sustained and healthy economic development for the whole city.Under the historical background of“three overlay”,the factors,such as difficulty in technology innovation,lack of high-end elements and loss of cultural advantage,and other seriously hinder the development of the private economy.In recent years,Yueqing has achieved remarkable results in urging the transformation of enterprise development through constructing a platform for science and technology innovation to reinforce the county with talents construction and expand the financing channels of enterprise innovation funds and other measures.In addition,it is also necessary to focus on the following aspects:outstanding the subject position of enterprise innovation playing a leading role in high-end manufacturing,optimizing the environment for innovation and entrepreneurship and reshaping the entrepreneur spirits,thus to fully stimulate the innovation vitality of private economy.
