摘要
目的:探讨实施孕期保健对孕妇妊娠结局的影响。方法:收治孕妇90例,随机分为对照组和孕期保健组。对照组单纯接受定期产检,孕期保健组实施孕期保健,比较两组妊娠结局。结果:在孕期保健组,自然分娩率、新生儿Apgar评分和孕妇满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);妊娠高血压、妊娠糖尿病、产后出血发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施孕期保健对孕产妇妊娠结局有改善作用,可提高自然分娩率和新生儿健康水平,减少孕期和产后并发症发生,提高孕妇满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of pregnancy care on pregnant outcomes of pregnant women.Methods:90cases ofpregnant women were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the pregnancy care group.The control groupreceived periodical inspection,the pregnant care group received pregnancy care,we compared the pregnancy outcomes between thetwo groups.Results:In the pregnancy care group,the natural birth rate,neonatal Apgar score and maternal satisfaction were higherthan the control group(P<0.05),the incidence rate of gestational hypertension,gestational diabetes and postpartum hemorrhagewere lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of prenatal care can improve pregnancy outcomes inpregnant women,it can improve the rate of natural childbirth and the health of newborn,reduce the complications of pregnancy andpostpartum,and improve the satisfaction of the pregnant women.
