摘要
健康教育是社区高血压患者的个体干预及规范化管理高血压的重要措施之一。本中心通过对社区居民开展血压首诊制度,开展多种形式的高血压健康教育讲座,加强高血压患者的随访管理、用药指导和生活方式指导,提高了社区高血压患者的用药依从性,减少了高血压引起的各类并发症,改善了高血压患者的生活质量。
Health education is one of the important measures to implement individual intervention and standardized managementof hypertension in community hypertension patients.In our center,we carry out blood pressure first referral system of communityresidents,through various forms of hypertension health education,strengthen the follow-up management of hypertensive patients,medication guide and lifestyle guidance,in order to improve medication compliance in the community hypertensive patients,reduce hypertension caused by various complications,and improve the quality of life in patients with hypertension.
