摘要
为掌握江苏省动物卫生监督执法体系建设现状,进一步了解动物卫生监督执法体制改革情况,本文梳理了江苏省动物卫生监督管理体制近30年的改革历程及取得的工作成效,分析了当前4种改革类型的运行情况,并结合当前动物疫病防控和畜产品安全监管形势,对动物卫生监督机构改革提出了思考。
In order to recognize the current situation of animal health supervision and law enforcement system constructionin Jiangsu province and further understand the system reform,the process and achievements of the reform inJiangsu Province over the past30years were sorted out and summarized.Besides,implementation of the four types ofreforms was also introduced.At last,combining the current situation of animal disease prevention and control and animalproduct safety supervision,some proposals were put forward.
