钢纤维混凝土裂缝宽度计算方法综述 被引量:3

摘要 为准确计算钢纤维混凝土梁的裂缝宽度,设计2组6根不同配筋率的混凝土梁试验方案。基于试验裂缝宽度数据以及对国标、德标和国际规范Model Code的理论研究,分析得出以下结论:Model Code计算的裂缝间距最大,不同配筋方案对国标裂缝间距的影响不明显,对德标的影响最大。对比钢筋混凝土应变差,国标计算结果最大,Model Code的计算结果最小。外荷载及不同配筋方案均对于国标应变差影响最大。比较3种规范的裂缝计算误差率,可知Model Code计算结果相对精确,国标与德标误差均比较大。另外,国标钢纤维折减系数明显偏大,对裂缝宽度计算比较保守,而德标系数偏小,导致裂缝宽度计算结果偏小。目前,针对国标裂缝宽度计算参数的研究不足,建议进行更深入的试验研究。 In order to calculate crack width of SFRC beams,experiment scheme was designed for two groupscomposed of six SFRC beams with different reinforcement ratios.Based on crack width obtained fromexperimental data and theoretical study on Chinese Code,German Code and Model Code,the results show that,for crack spacing,Model Code has the largest result.Different reinforcement influences German Code most,buthas no obvious effect on Chinese Code.As for strain difference between steel and concrete,results appear to bethe most in Chinese Code and the least in Model Code.What’s more,both loads and reinforcement have the mostimpact on Chinese Code.Comparing the calculation error for crack width,Model Code is relatively accurate,while other two standards have larger error.In addition,reduction factor for steel fibre is too large in ChineseCode and relatively small in German Code.Experimental research was suggested due to insufficient study onrelevant parameters of Chinese Code.
