摘要
目的研究人工全膝关节置换术在治疗骨关节炎中的应用效果,为临床治疗骨关节炎提供理论指导。方法对40例患者进行全膝关节置换,在手术前和手术后分别进行HSS评分。统计患者1年内出现的并发症,并计算并发症的发生率。结果进行人工全膝关节置换术前,患者的HSS评分为(43±4)分,优良率20%,术后患者的HSS评分达到了(87±4)分,优良率为75%,手术前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者1年内出现的并发症发生率为7.5%。结论人工全膝关节置换术在治疗骨关节炎中效果安全可靠。
Objective To study the effect of total knee arthroplasty in the treatment of osteoarthritis,and to provide theoretical guidance for the clinicaltreatment of osteoarthritis.Methods Total knee arthroplasty was performed in40patients,and HSS scores were scored before and after operation.Theresults were analyzed by statistical software.The complications were calculated in one year and the incidence of complications was calculated.Results Totalknee arthroplasty in patients with preoperative HSS score was(43±4),and the excellent rate was20%.Postoperative HSS score reached(87±4),and theexcellent rate was75%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complications in one year were counted and the complication rate was7.5%.Conclusion Total knee arthroplasty is safe and effective in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
