摘要
目的探讨胆结石应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的临床有效性。方法 56例胆结石患者,根据入院时间不同分为研究组(30例)及对照组(26例)。对照组给予传统开腹胆囊切除术治疗,研究组应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组患者的手术时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(t=5.15、7.18、8.88、6.87,P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.33%高于对照组69.23%,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.52,P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率3.33%低于对照组26.92%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.33,P<0.05)。结论胆结石患者临床应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,能够有效缩短患者手术时间,减轻患者疼痛,提高治疗效果,且并发症少,具有较高安全性。
Objective To investigate the clinical effectiveness of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on gallstones.Methods A total of56gallstones patients were divided by different admission order into research group(30cases)and control group(26cases).The control group was treated with traditional open cholecystectomy,and the research group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Treatment effect in two groups was compared.Results The research group had shorter operation time and hospitalization time than the control group,less intraoperative bleeding volume than the control group and lower postoperative pain score than than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant(t=5.15,7.18,8.88,6.87,P<0.05).The research group had higher total effective rate as93.33%than69.23%in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.52,P<0.05).The research group had lower incidence of complications as3.33%than26.92%in the control group,and their difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.33,P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for gallstones patients can effectively shorten operation time of patients,alleviate their pain,and improve efficacy,and contains less complications and higher safety.
