摘要
某钢铁公司针对外排生产废水的水质特征,采用了两级双膜法进行深度处理。结果表明,两级双膜法的实际产水回收率可以达到85%以上,产水指标可以满足钢铁工业生产循环水的回用水水质要求。结合工程实践,对两级双膜法的设计参数和调试进行了介绍。
One domestic steelmaker adopted two stage double membrane method to deeply treat wastewater based on the characteristics of its discharge wastewater.Results showed that the recovery rate of using the two stage double membrane method can reach more than85%and the water quality index can meet the requirement of circulating water quality in the steel industry.Combined with engineering practice,the design parameters and commissioning of the two stage double membrane method are introduced.
