摘要
狮子造型的产生与狮子作为珍禽异兽传入中国和佛教传入中国有关狮子在佛教中的特殊地位以及中国汉代厚葬之风的盛行,使石狮作为雕刻作品成为中国传统文化中的符号象征。中国历代石狮造型的发展,与历朝历代社会文化风俗的发展密不可分,其表现出的文化内涵主要体现在古代羽化升仙思想、辟邪祈福理念以及封建等级观念等。
With the lions introduced into China as rare fowls and strange animals,and the Buddhismintroduced and spreading quickly,the stone lions plastic arose.Stone lions as sculpture have become traditionalculture symbol for lions’special position in Buddhism and the prevalence of elaborate funeral in Han Dynastyin China.The evolution of stone lions plastic was closely connected with the development of culture and socialcustoms of Chinese successive dynasties,that cultural connotation mainly embodied with the idea of eclosionand rising to the sky to become supernatural being,blessing and avoiding evil,and feudal hierarchy.
