摘要
针对某武器系统方舱内部导引系统回转半径大、工作范围大的特点,设计了一种新型的大型翻转顶盖装置。阐述了该装置的结构设计过程、工作原理以及电机选型过程。对翻转顶盖装置进行了有限元强度分析,验证了该装置刚强度满足要求。此翻转顶盖装置结构简单,具有翻转灵活、操作时间短、可靠性高等特点,在其它武器系统方舱上具有推广应用价值。
Aiming at the features of the large rotation radius and the large working range of the shelter internal guidance system of a weapon system,this paper put forward a new type of large-scale flip top cover device.This paper describes the structure design process of the device,working principle and motor selection process.The flip top cover device is analyzed by finite element method in this article,and the result shows that the rigity and the strength of the device meet the requirement.This flip top cover device with simple structure,has the advantages of flexible turnover,short operation time and high reliability.It has extensive application value on other weapons system.
