数字式比例多路阀控制系统设计

摘要 数字式比例多路阀在抗污染能力、响应速度、远程控制等多个方面比传统电液比例多路阀更有优势。设计了一套基于高速电磁阀为导阀的数字式比例多路阀控制系统。首先对控先导制原理进行简单介绍,并建立控制系统数学模型,选用了抗积分饱和PID算法修正偏差信号,接着将建立的数学模型进行了MATLAB仿真分析。仿真结果确定了控制系统的快速响应性和稳定性。最后将设计的控制系统运用在多路阀数字控制之上,通过实验进一步验证了该多路阀控制系统具有稳定性好、响应速度快的优点。 Digital proportional multi way valve has more advantages than the traditional electro-hydraulic proportional multi way valve in the contamination resistant capability,response speed,remote control and other aspects.This paper designed a digital proportional multi-way valve control system based on high-speed solenoid valve as pilot valve.Firstly,the control principle was introduced briefly,then hydraulic pilot control system mathematical model was created,and this paper selectsanti-integral saturation PID algorithm to correct the deviation signal,using MATLAB to simulate the mathematical model.The simulation results determine the fast response and stability of the control system.Finally,the control system was used in multi-valve to do the hydraulic test,the facts have proved that digital control system has good stability,fast response advantages.
