某油气井13Cr不锈钢油管断裂原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用形貌观察、理化检验、金相、扫描电镜等方法分析了西部某油田油气井13Cr不锈钢油管的断裂原因。结果表明:该油管材质的化学成分符合13Cr不锈钢的国家标准,金相组织为回火索氏体,油管裂纹是沿晶开裂,并且断口为沿晶脆性断裂,综合分析该油管断裂是应力腐蚀开裂的结果。 In this paper,the causes of fracture of13Cr stainless steel tubing in oil and gas wells inwestern oilfield are analyzed by morphological observation,physical and chemical testing,metallographyand scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the chemical composition of the tubing materialconforms to the national standard of13Cr stainless steel,the microstructure is tempered sorbite,the tubingcrack is along the crystal cracking,and the fracture is along the grain brittle fracture.The comprehensiveanalysis of the tubing fracture is stress corrosion cracking.
