摘要
目的:探讨护理质量管理对控制医院感染及护患纠纷的应用效果。方法:收治住院患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组采用护理质量管理,比较两组管理状况。结果:观察组的医院感染率与护患纠纷产生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理质量管理对控制医院感染及护患纠纷的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing quality management on controlling hospital infection and nursepatient disputes.Methods:100hospitalized patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group.The control group was given routine nursing management,and the observation group was given the nursingquality management.We compared the management of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the hospital infection rate andthe incidence of disputes between nurses and patients were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Theapplication effect of nursing quality management on controlling hospital infection and nurse patient disputes was significant.
