摘要
目的:探讨超声检查在婴幼儿呕吐病变中的诊断价值。方法:收治呕吐患儿43例,常规检查胃肠道病变,动态观测食管、胃及肠道的功能状态。结果:超声检查对引起患儿呕吐的器质性疾病可基本明确诊断或排除诊断,对功能性疾病可根据超声检测结果提示诊断。结论:超声检查应作为诊断婴幼儿呕吐的首选影像学检查方法。
Objective:To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of vomiting in infants.Methods:43cases ofinfants with vomiting were chosen.We routinely scanned the gastrointestinal tract,and dynamically observed the functional statusof the esophagus,stomach and intestine.Results:Ultrasonography can be used to diagnose or exclude the organic diseases thatcause vomiting in infants,and can prompt the diagnosis of functional disease according to the result of ultrasonic examination.Conclusion:Ultrasonography should be the first imaging method for the diagnosis of vomiting in infants.
